Problems with BST.

Hello again ^^

I've spent a good amount of my time on FFXI playing Beastmaster, and, to be honest, after 73 levels it starts to grind, and really become repetitive. So, for the time being, BST has been put on the back-burner, and i have taken up Black Mage once again (Previously level 75). I always knew the job could solo once they got their higher tier spells, but i've been messing about with it from 18-20 solo, and it's so much fun.

At level 18 i spent most of my time in Pashhow Marshlands. Exp was fairly slow, but still better than your average Valkurm party, the above chain was one of many chain #2 i managed to get on EM-T mobs.

Once i hit level 19 i ventured onto Qufim Island, my main target for this level range was Gigas's Leeches, ranging from EM-VT at 19. At night, i must admit, i managed to get killed a good 5 or 6 times, because i got careless and overeager for good exp, but during the day, i was able to pull of some extremely good chains, including the following:

This is, quite possibly, the fastest i have ever gone from 19 to 20. I think, overall, it took me about 40 minutes, and i had a hell of a good time doing it.

Hmmm.

Managed to catch up with some old friends recently, before their attempt at Dynamis-San D'Oria. Was really good to see them all again, and lordy lord, they all got pretty pimped ;)

Apart from catching up with old friends, i also managed to get a few levels on my BST. Managed to get to level 12 over the past few days, been extremely busy in real life lately, so not had an awful lot of time to play.

Hey everyone

This is my new, and hopefully improved, Beastmaster. I previously had a Lv.73BST on Phoenix server, but, shit happened, and i had to recreate, so this is the new Ollieyk. Just finished levelling WHM to 30 for my SJ, and looking to level whore my BST as soon as possible. Look out for me on Phoenix and drop me a /tell sometime.
